Email Finder: find anyone's work email from their name and company
Enter a name and a company domain. Harbilo returns the most likely work email and tells you exactly how it knows: observed, inferred from the company's pattern, or verified.
How Email Finder works
- Type a first name, last name and the company domain.
- We check the domain's email pattern and public sources.
- You get the best address with its evidence and confidence.
What each label means
Observed Seen directly in a public source, such as the company's website or a registry filing.
Inferred Generated from the company's detected email pattern. Plausible, not proof that the mailbox exists.
Verified The mail server accepted this address and rejected a random one.
Uncertain Checked, but deliverability could not be established either way.
Every result carries a timestamp. An address is never called deliverable just because the domain accepts mail, and verification never sends a message.
Email Finder API
The same tool as an API call, for your own apps and AI agents.
POST /v1/contacts/email-finder/first_name (required) | Given name. |
|---|---|
last_name (required) | Family name. |
domain (required) | Company domain, for example acme.com. |
Returns. The best address with its status (observed, inferred, verified or uncertain), confidence, the detected pattern, other candidates and a timestamp.
Questions
Is the address guaranteed to exist?
No email finder can guarantee that. We label every result: observed in a public source, inferred from the company's pattern, or verified with the mail server. A plausible pattern is not proof.
How many free lookups do I get?
A few each day without an account. The 7-day free trial (no card required) adds credits and saves your results.
Can I find emails in bulk?
Yes. Upload a CSV in the app and Bulk Email Finder runs it in the background.
Need more than a few lookups?
Start a 7-day free trial (no card required) to save results to lists, run bulk uploads and call the API from your own apps and AI agents. Email Finder opens first in your workspace.
